The Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to work in mining and mineral processing plants, developing maintenance systems and leading improvement projects.

The applicant should be available to travel within Australia.

Essential Skills

The candidate must have all these skills as a minimum to be selected,

• • Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in English (Intermediate-Advanced)
  • Minimum three years experience in Reliability and Maintenance
  • Experience in mining or mineral processing plants
  • Failure Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
  • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Improvement projects
  • Condition Monitoring (Vibration Analysis, Oil Sampling)

Non-essential Skills

These skills are not essential but highly desirable,

• • Master’s degree in Asset Management or Reliability
  • Bulk material handling equipment
  • Rotating equipment
  • Crushing and milling equipment
  • 2D/3D drawings
  • SAP
